DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
I tend to use Royal Mail and aim to post within 5 working days. If you are paying by paypal, be aware that the parcel will be posted to the address given on the Paypal account unless you advise me otherwise. Please ensure it is the correct address! Items will be securely packaged in bubble wrap/foam chips/paper/cardboard and combinations there-of! I try to re-cycle packaging as much as possible in order to keep it out of landfill for a bit longer. The package you recieve may therefore not look the prettiest on the outside but will be reasonably 'green', and will of course look beautiful on the inside!

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK
Whilst I can post outside of the UK, it will incur postage costs and you should contact me prior to placing an order. International orders are sent by airmail which can take anywhere from 7-21 days. Please let me know if you require additional insurance or tracking, as additional charges will apply. MooniGooni does not accept liability for any customs import/export, fees/duties, or cross border charges, this is the sole responsibility of the buyer. It is also the buyers responsibility to be certain they are in compliance with all  applicable import laws and regulations in carrying out their transaction.

 

RETURNS

I am sure you will be completely delighted with your item and it should have reached you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that something has gone awry, please do not hesitate to contact me within 7 days of receipt of your goods. If necessary, the item may then be returned within the next 7 days for a full refund (including the original delivery cost). It must be well-packaged, unused and in a saleable condition. You are responsible for the return postage and packing. For your own piece of mind and protection, I recommend that you use a trackable method of return.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The photographs on this site are for illustrative purposes only and the piece of glass you receive will very likely differ slightly. This is because each piece of work is handmade my me, and therefore a unique piece of art for you: it is not factory produced.

 

A lot of the glasswork on my website is completed and available for sale 'off the shelf', other pieces will be made to order. At busy times of the year, the work does tend to fly out of the door as quickly as I can make it and at these times it is very likely that I will be working to order.
